Regulation on packaging (Verpackungsverordnung=VerpackV)
| Producers and/or distributers of packaging are subject to the obligations laid down in the regulation on packaging (VerpackV). To fulfill these obligations we contracted a partnership with the company NOVENTIZ GmbH, Dürener Straße 350 in 50935 Cologne. Participating in the licensing system of NOVENTIZ guarantees that for all packages registered with NOVENTIZ the take-back and recycling obligations according to the regulation on packaging are fulfilled. |
