Returns

In order to allow a quick processing, we ask you to fill out our return form completely. Devices that are returned must be cleaned before shipment! For not cleaned devices a cleaning fee of at least 30,00 € will be charged.

Please contact our customer service immediately if you receive wrong or damaged goods.

Defects are to be reported in writing immediately, at the latest, however, within one week after receipt of the delivery item.

Defects which cannot be discovered within this period even after careful inspection shall be notified to the Seller in writing immediately after discovery.

We do not accept used goods, as well as goods that are returned because they are not liked.

Please pack the products securely to avoid damage in transit. We accept no liability for such transport damage.

Do not use the single package as the transport package. Please pack the goods as you received them.

Important information - please note!
  • In the event of incorrect orders, we will retain at least 15% of the value of the goods, but at least € 20.00 per transaction.
  • It is no longer possible to return items - even if they are new - after 3 months from delivery!
  • Items must be returned in undamaged original packaging (do not use as transport packaging). In other cases, a further 15% will be deducted.
  • We only accept returns from our customers. Dropshipping or end customer returns will not be processed by us and will not be sent back to the sender.
