From the outset, the focus was on double-sided siliconized baking parchment—a product that was not yet available in this quality in Germany at the time. This high-quality baking paper laid the foundation for our success and revolutionized the market.
With a clear strategic focus and a constant drive for improvement, we have continuously expanded our portfolio. Today, our range comprises more than 4,500 products and covers a wide variety of areas, from baking accessories and catering supplies to specialized equipment for the food industry.

In 2025, we took a significant step in our company's history: we acquired the long-established H. & F. Lauterjung GmbH & Co. KG in Solingen, which has been producing high-quality knives for professional chefs, restaurants, and bakeries since 1897. This acquisition enables us to expand our range with premium knives and tools and offer you even more solutions for your professional kitchen and baking needs.
